This issue has been resolved. The Help Center and documentation lookups in ChronoAI and the Chronograph MCP are working normally.

Investigating
An outage with an upstream provider is affecting the Chronograph Help Center. ChronoAI and Chronograph MCP responses that draw on Help Center documentation may be unavailable or incomplete. Direct login access to the Help Center pages is also degraded. Some users may have trouble signing in to or loading Help Center articles. The core Chronograph platform is not affected. We’re monitoring the issue and will post an update when it’s resolved.
